Buttercream
Buttercream is the traditional finish for a reason - it is rich in taste, hugely versatile in application, and produces a warmth and texture that fondant simply cannot replicate. Made with real butter, quality sugar and natural flavourings, the buttercream I use is made to be eaten as much as admired.
Whether you want a clean, sharp-edge coat, hand-piped florals, a palette-knife texture or something more rustic, buttercream gives you the full range. It works equally well on birthday cakes and wedding cakes, and can be flavoured to complement the sponge beneath.
