Goodbye 2025, Hello 2026!
As the year comes to a close, I’ve been taking some time to reflect on how far PolarBakes has come and, more importantly, where I want to take it next. Running a cake business here in Ebbw Vale has been an amazing journey so far, and I’m so excited about what the next year has in store.
Even More Cake Orders
One of my biggest goals for next year is even more cake orders. From birthday cakes and celebration bakes to those “just because” treats, I want PolarBakes cakes to be part of as many special moments as possible. Every order means someone is celebrating something important, and I’m incredibly grateful to be trusted with that.
Sending Out Even More Brownie Boxes
Brownie boxes have become a real favourite, and next year I want to send out more brownie boxes than ever. Whether they’re ordered as gifts, treats for family and friends, or a well-deserved indulgence, I love creating boxes that feel extra special from the moment they arrive. Expect plenty more gooey, chocolatey goodness heading out the door.
New and Exciting Decorated Cakes
Creativity is at the heart of PolarBakes, and next year I want to push that even further by creating new and exciting cakes. I’m looking forward to experimenting with all your ideas. Challenging myself creatively is something I truly love, and I can’t wait to share those new designs with you.
Writing New Recipes and Growing the Menu
Another big goal is to spend more time developing new recipes. I want to continue growing my ever-expanding menu with exciting new flavours and bakes, while still keeping the classics everyone loves. Testing, tweaking, and perfecting recipes is one of my favourite parts of baking, and I’m excited to add even more choice for my customers.
