A Year in Review at Polar Bakes ✨

What a year it has been here at Polar Bakes! As the year comes to a close, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on everything that’s happened, share some exciting milestones, and most importantly say a huge thank you to everyone who has supported my small business along the way.

This year brought some big changes behind the scenes, including a house move from Portsmouth to South Wales, settling into Ebbw Vale. While moving was a huge step, it’s been such an exciting new chapter for Polar Bakes, and I’m so grateful to be baking in a brand-new space.

Throughout the year, I’ve had the absolute pleasure of creating so many beautiful wedding cakes, each one completely unique and made to suit every couple’s special day. I’ve also baked countless birthday cakes, celebrating all kinds of milestones — from children’s parties to big grown-up birthdays. Being trusted to create cakes for such special moments will never stop feeling amazing.

One of the biggest highlights this year was launching my brownie boxes. Seeing these boxes being shipped all around the UK has been incredibly exciting, and I can’t thank you enough for the love you’ve shown them. Knowing that a little piece of Polar Bakes is arriving on doorsteps nationwide truly means the world to me.

Another huge milestone was achieving a 5-Star Food Hygiene Rating ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ — something I’m incredibly proud of and worked very hard to achieve. It’s a reflection of the care, cleanliness, and love that goes into everything I bake.

Looking ahead, I’m so excited for what’s coming next. There are very exciting new menu items launching in the New Year, and I honestly can’t wait to share them with you all.
