Initial Enquiry
Get in touch with your wedding date, approximate guest count and any early ideas or inspiration. We will respond within 48 hours to discuss availability and talk through the possibilities for your day. The earlier you enquire, the more time we have to develop your design together.

Tasting & Design Consultation
We offer a personalised tasting experience to help you select your cake flavours and fillings. We will send you a tasting box with your choice of flavours, along with detailed descriptions and pairing suggestions. We will also schedule a follow up call to discuss your design ideas and guide you through the process.

Design Proposal & Booking
Following your consultation, we produce a detailed design proposal and final quotation. Once you are happy with every detail, a deposit secures your wedding date and we begin the creative work of bringing your cake to life.

Delivery & Venue Setup
On your wedding day, we deliver to your venue and manage all setup - tiering, positioning and any final decorative touches. We liaise directly with your venue team so you do not have to think about it at all.

We recommend booking at least 3–6 months before your wedding date. Summer and bank holiday weekends book up quickly, so earlier enquiries are always encouraged. We take a deposit to secure your date once the design is confirmed.

Yes - we invite all couples to have a personal tasting box for a dedicated tasting and design consultation. You will sample a selection of flavours and fillings, and we will work through the design direction together.
Can each tier have a different flavour?
Absolutely. Each tier can carry a different sponge and filling combination, and in special cases, multiple flavours can be combined within a single tier. We will guide you through the options at your tasting.
Do you deliver wedding cakes across South Wales?
Yes - we deliver to Cardiff, Newport, Brecon, Abergavenny, Monmouth, Hereford and all surrounding areas. Delivery is arranged as part of your order and quoted by distance. We speak to your venue directly about timings and the cake table.
Do you make vegan or gluten-free wedding cakes?
Yes - we bake fully vegan wedding cakes and tiers made to a gluten free recipe, with dedicated ingredients and separate equipment.
